EXAMINATION OF THE SITE:
Each bidder shall visit the site of the proposed work and become fully acquainted with conditions as they exist so the bidder may fully understand the facilities, difficulties and restrictions related to the execution of the proposed work.

CONSTRUCTION SCHEDULE:
The Contractor shall state on his bid form when the project can be started and is expected to be completed. All work included in this project shall be scheduled through the University of Southern Indiana Facility Operations and Planning Department.
