Notice is hereby given that sealed proposals to furnish all labor, equipment, and materials necessary to satisfactorily complete the following project titled “O’Bannon Hall Boiler Replacement” will be received in Procurement Services at the university located in the Support Services Building until 2:00 PM (local time) on Thursday, November 30, 2023. There will be a formal bid opening at approximately 2:05 PM (local time) in the Support Services Training Room. Results of the bid opening will be posted thereafter on Procurement Services’ website: https://www.usi.edu/procurement/competitive-bids-and-results
There will be a Pre-Bid Meeting for this project on Thursday, November 16, 2023, at 11:00 AM at O’Bannon Hall.

If your company is not currently registered, please do so by clicking “Register for an account.” The University of Southern Indiana will provide one set of the plans and specifications package at no charge to each bidder. Additional bid packages may be purchased for this project on the http://www.usiplanroom.com/ website.
