New Harmony Atheneum HVAC Upgrade

Notice is hereby given that sealed proposals to furnish all labor, equipment, and materials necessary to satisfactorily complete the following project titled “New Harmony Atheneum HVAC Upgrades” will be received in Procurement Services at the university located in the Support Services Building until 2:00 PM (local time) on Thursday, March 28, 2024. There will be a formal bid opening at approximately 2:05 PM (local time) in the Support Services Training Room.

             Copies of Plans and Specifications may be obtained by accessing website https://www.usiplanroom.com/ using your company’s active account information. If your company is not currently registered, please do so by clicking “Register for an account.”  The University of Southern Indiana will provide one set of the plans and specifications package at no charge to each bidder.

Results of the bid opening will be posted thereafter on Procurement Services’ website:

There will be a Pre-Bid Meeting for this project on Thursday, March 14, 2024, at 10:00 AM on site.
