Notice is hereby given that sealed proposals to furnish all labor, equipment, and materials necessary to satisfactorily complete the following project titled “University of Southern Indiana – Arena and Kinesiology Renovation” will be received in Procurement Services at the university located in the Support Services Building until 2:00 PM (local time) on Tuesday, March 14, 2017. There will be a formal bid opening at approximately 2:05 PM (local time) in the Support Services Training Room. Results of the bid opening will be posted thereafter on Procurement Services’ website: http://www.usi.edu/BusOff/Purchasing/OpenBids.asp.
Copies of Plans and Specifications may be obtained by accessing website http://www.usiplanroom.com/ using your company’s active account information. If your company is not currently registered, please do so by clicking “Register for an account”. Registered bidders may download files at no cost; however, a refundable deposit of $250.00 per paper set ordered is required. The deposit will be refunded in full to any contract bidder when the Plans and Specifications have been returned to MACO within ten (10) days after time set for receiving bids and in good re-usable condition. If the Plans and Specifications are returned after this ten (10) day period or in unusable condition, the deposit will be forfeited.
There will be a Pre-Bid Meeting at 10:00 AM on Thursday, February 2, in the Physical Activities
Center, Room PAC 209.
